Materials & Labour

Only suitable materials of equal or better quality than those originally installed will be used to effect repairs. If any repair or maintenance services require spare parts or the replacement of any defect items, such spare parts or items to be replaced are not covered by Annual contracts. Such spare parts or replacement items will be charged separately on suppliers cost, after being approved by the customer.

In the view of the lack and gap of proper maintenance and services in the apparel industry in Sri Lanka, the company created on call service team, to serve faster to our customers. Company offering its services On-Hoc basis (when require) and annual based service contract whereby customers can call upon for services 24 hours a day throughout the year. Although, the company started its operations with minimum activities , over 03 years, and today, has grow to a stronger enough operational staff and spare parts division.

company ensures its specialized and trained staff will reach the customers door-step within shorts time of their call. The Annual subscription paid by the customer, means, no additional charge for labors & services. Service of qualified Engineers has been hired to lead Vinshu Enterprises & Technologies.
